PRIVACY POLICY

(Effective as of August 1, 2022)
Please read carefully

This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Apogee Real Estate Partners collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a “User”) of the website (“Site”). This privacy policy applies to the Site and all products and services offered by Apogee Real Estate Partners.

Personal identification information

We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways in connection with activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Site. Users may visit our Site anonymously. We will collect personal identification information from Users only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Users can always refuse to supply personal identification information, except that it may prevent them from engaging in certain Site related activities.

Non-personal identification information

We may collect non-personal identification information about Users whenever they interact with our Site. Non-personal identification information may include the browser name, the type of computer and technical information about Users' means of connection to our Site, such as the operating system and the Internet service providers utilized and other similar information.

Web browser cookies

Our Site may use “cookies” to enhance User experience. User’s web browser places cookies on their hard drive for record-keeping purposes and sometimes to track information about them. User may choose to set their web browser to refuse cookies, or to alert you when cookies are being sent. If they do so, note that some parts of the Site may not function properly.

How we protect your information

We adopt appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal information, username, password, transaction information and data stored on our Site.

Sharing your personal information

We do not sell, trade or rent Users' personal identification information to others. We may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification information regarding visitors and users with our third party business partners, trusted affiliates and advertisers for the purposes outlined above.

Your California privacy rights

Subject to certain limitations, California's “Shine the Light” law (Civil Code Section§ 1798.83) permits California residents who have an established business relationship with us to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes during the immediately preceding calendar year. To make such a request, you may email us at the email address stated below. We are not obligated to comply with a request from the same customer more than once during the course of any calendar year. We are exempt from the Shine the Light law if we have fewer than twenty full-time or part-time employees. The California Online Privacy Protection Act requires us to inform you how we respond to web browser “do not track” signals or other mechanisms that provide consumers the ability to exercise choice regarding the collection of personally identifiable information about an individual consumer’s online activities over time and across third-party websites or online services, if we engage in that collection. As there is no industry or legal standard for recognizing or honoring “do not track” requests, we don’t respond to them at this time.

Nevada consumers

We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. However, Nevada law gives Nevada consumers the right to ask a company that operates a website for commercial purposes not to sell their personal information for monetary consideration to another party for the other party to license or sell the information to additional parties. This right may apply even if personal information is not currently being sold. If you are a Nevada consumer who wishes to exercise a right to ask us not to sell your personal information, please email us at the email address identified below. We reserve the right to take reasonable measures to verify the authenticity of the request and the identity of the consumer making the request.
